World No Tobacco Day 2021

 

WHO declared 31st of May as World No Tobacco Day.

Please keep away from tobacco in any form, chewing tobacco or smoking tobacco.

According to WHO, every year more than 8 million people die across the world only due tobacco consumption. 

Due to tobacco consumption people do enjoy smoking but they don't realize that more than 1.2 million people die just standing next to the smoker.

As a father or the family member, you smoke all the time in front of the children without realizing that those children can die due to secondary effect of smoking.

With every cigarette you smoke, your chances of having a heart attack increases by 5%. Cigarette smoking is the number one risk factor for lung cancer.

It is not that tobacco helps the people, it hurts them financially and ruins their life and family. If you can keep away from cigarette till the age of 25, it is very unlikely that you will ever become a smoker.
